OneClickIT AI Academy is operated by OneClickIT LLC ("we", "us"). Contact us at support@oneclickit.online.
What we collect
Account details: name, email address and, for team plans, your organization and its members.
Learning data: assessment answers, lesson progress, certificates, and questions you ask the coach.
Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To personalize your learning path, track progress and issue certificates.
To manage plans and billing, send account and digest emails you turn on, and keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal information.
Who can see it
Team administrators can see progress for members of their own organization.
Service providers that help us run the product: our app platform (Base44), Stripe for payments, and email delivery.
Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your account data. Billing records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.
