Our Services include remote technical support, AI-driven diagnostics and troubleshooting, device monitoring and management, cybersecurity monitoring including data breach checks, and onsite IT support in the Los Angeles County area. We combine artificial intelligence with human expertise to deliver fast, reliable IT solutions.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.
We offer three subscription tiers, available on monthly and yearly billing cycles:
Essential IT support for individuals, including AI diagnostics, email support, basic device monitoring, and breach monitoring for one device.
Enhanced support for power users and small teams, including priority 4-hour response times, management for up to 2 devices, cybersecurity monitoring, backup configuration, and remote support sessions.
Comprehensive IT management for households and advanced users, including dedicated support with 1-hour emergency response, SLA guarantees, management for up to 6 devices, onsite visits, backup configuration, and advanced security features.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
In addition to subscription plans, we offer one-time support services:
A single remote support session for straightforward issues such as software installation, printer setup, or basic troubleshooting. Quick fixes may be completed by the AI Agent or by a technician.
An in-depth remote support session for complex issues such as system optimization, malware removal, network configuration, or data recovery assistance. Additional time is billed at a discounted technician hourly rate.
Response times and service availability vary by subscription tier. Each plan includes specific SLA targets for initial response time, issue resolution time, and system uptime. Detailed SLA commitments for your plan are provided in your subscription agreement and within your account dashboard. SLA credits may be issued at our discretion if we fail to meet the agreed-upon targets.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. The following policies apply:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imperium Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the OneClickIT.ai brand — are the exclusive property of Imperium Solutions LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of our Services without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
